ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

ELIGIBILITY

This contest is only open to legal residents of the continental United States (excluding RI) and Canada (excluding Quebec). It is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Employees of Analog and its respective parent, retailers, distributors, affiliates and their agents, advertising, promotion and production agencies and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings and spouses of children or siblings) and household members are not eligible. Participants under the age of 18 must receive permission from a parent or guardian to enter.

By attempting to submit an entry, you release Analog and its parent company, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, retailers, distributors, affiliates and their agents, advertising, promotion and production agencies from all losses and any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the contest, including without limitation, property damage, criminal prosecution, personal injury and/or death, arising out of your participation in this contest.

Failure to comply with all rules and regulations associated with the "Design Unlikely Features" contest could result in disqualification from the contest.

ENTRY

Submit an original design of your snowboarding feature for consideration for use in Analog's Design Unlikely Features Snowboarding Competition to designunlikelyfeatures@analogclothing.com or by mail to 8659 Research Drive, Suite 100, Irvine, CA 92618. Please include your age, address and contact info in your submission. These are the only methods of entry. Analog is not responsible for any lost, late, delayed, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, or misdirected entries. Analog is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest.

ALL SUBMISSIONS

All registration materials, including forms, drawings, sketches, designs, models and photographs submitted during this contest, are considered public domain. Analog reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend this contest. Potentially offensive entries to the "Design Unlikely Features" will not be considered. By submitting an entry you warrant that it is wholly original and does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other proprietary right of any third party, union or guild. An an entrant in the contest, you agree to the assignment of the rights, title and intellectual property rights in your submission(s) to Analog as a condition of competing for a prize. Winner must sign all necessary documents to affect the transfer of rights. You hereby give Analog the absolute right to use your response for any lawful purpose whatsoever in any and all forms. You hereby waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product(s), if any, that use your entry and any compensation resulting from the entry you submit.

All entries are subject to verification. Any entry that is tampered with, counterfeited, illegible, mutilated, reproduced, contains printing or other errors, obtained where prohibited or not obtained legitimately, is null and void. In the event that production, seeding, printing or other errors cause more than the stated number of prizes of any category to be claimed, Analog reserves the right to suspend delivery of prizes, without prior notice.

SUBMISSION REVIEW

All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EDT on October 31, 2011.

A review of all completed registration forms and photographs will begin on or about November 10, 2011. All submissions will be reviewed by the judges based on a combination of the following criteria: creativity/uniqueness, rideability, buildability, portability, quality of execution and number of votes received online at Transworld Snowboarding. Winners will be notified by email or Federal Express on or about November 20, 2011. If a Prize Notification Letter or a Prize is returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to the first runner up.

PRIZE AND ITS APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV")

There is one (1) prize, consisting of two (2) round trip airline tickets from winner's local airport to John Wayne Airport, Orange County, California during the weekend of January 7-9, 2011 (dates may change); ground transportation to and from Big Bear Mountain Resort; two (2) nights lodging at Big Bear Mountain Resort; two (2) full day lift tickets at Big Bear Mountain Resort; winner's snowboard feature will be constructed and used in the Design Unlikely Features Snowboarding Contest on January 9, 2011; along with one (1) Analog jacket, one (1) pair of Analog snowpants, one (1) pair of Analog gloves, one (1) Analog beanie, one (1) pair of Analog denim, one (1) Analog t-shirt, one (1) Analog flannel shirt, one (1) Analog fleece, one (1) Analog backpack and one (1) Analog belt. Approximate retail value of the prize is USD Four Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($4,000.00). All Analog products must be chosen from available stock of Analog merchandise.

Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, license, fees or other costs. Analog will ship prize to winner via Federal Express at Analog's expense. Analog is not responsible for delays in delivery of any prize. Winner shall bear all risk of loss to prize after it has been received. Analog is under no obligation to provide winner with any other substitute prize. In the event a winner is or becomes ineligible, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to the first runner up.

Prize is non-transferable; no substitutions, exchanges, or product redemptions. Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within fourteen (14) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

By participating in this contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Participants agree that this contest is exclusively governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. Any claims arising out of the contest shall be governed by Vermont law and may be brought only in a federal or state court in Vermont. If any provisions of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

By accepting a prize, winner grants to Analog the right to use his/her name, likeness, hometown and biographical information, for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By entering the contest, you are agreeing to Analog's use of your personal information as described in Analog's Privacy Policy, located at www.Analog.com.
